Suzan Elder

CPFA, C(k)P®, Founder, CIO, Wealth Advisor

Suzan is positive, yet discerning in her approach. She believes that we all need a living masterplan. Lives transition and change, therefore the plan should too. The masterplan should represent the client's values and address future wants and needs. The plan should be personal, address risk, goals and investment expectations. She has been described as a “family wealth advocate" and has built her business so that she can help people take care of the people they care about. As a Wealth Advisor, she asks good questions, listens and stays close to the task at hand.
Suzan is also familiar with defined contribution plans, the importance of wellness and education planning for organizations and their participants, and other qualified plan choices available to Plan Sponsors. She works with a variety of strategic partners, record keepers, and TPAs.
As an experienced professional, she provides traditional advice and guidance. She can help clients pursue their objectives by building and managing custom strategies using a combination of fundamentals and technical analysis. She serves clients by managing portfolio strategies on a discretionary basis. Her approach combines the quantitative and narrative elements of investing, incorporating history, politics, and market sentiment.
She was born on the West Coast, raised on the East Coast, and studied in the Mid-West. She and her family have settled in the Pacific Northwest, and feel blessed to call Washington their home. Suzan enjoys exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with her husband and business partner Steve. They also both look forward to visiting and volunteering with family and friends locally and abroad
